Common questions
What counts against the monthly allowance?
Conversation and voice. Paid plans have no daily limit, so you can talk for as long as you want, whenever you want. A monthly ceiling sits in the background to keep costs predictable, and normal use stays well under it. Your dere's memory, voice and personality are never affected.
What can dere actually do?
It talks with you in a real voice, remembers you across sessions, and lives on your screen as a 3D character you can restyle or replace with any VRM model. With your permission it also acts: browsing the web, opening and controlling apps, working with files, and reading connected accounts like Gmail. Screen awareness stays off until you switch it on, and then it reacts to whatever you are actually looking at.
Is my data safe?
Your conversations and your dere's memory are tied to your account and protected by strict access controls. Screenshots are never saved. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers. Accounts you connect stay read-only and disconnect in one click. Deleting a companion permanently deletes its history.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your companions, their memories and your history stay. If a smaller plan has fewer character slots you keep the ones you have and pause on creating new ones until you are under the limit. Paid features switch off, and switch back on if you return.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from your account page. You can move up or down, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, or cancel. It is self-serve and takes effect immediately.
